RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At YARI JEWELRY LLC, we carefully inspect every item before it is shipped to ensure that your jewelry meets our quality standards.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size, or simply no longer wanting the item.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only for verified manufacturing defects.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, tags, and documentation. The item must not show signs of damage, alteration, misuse, or wear.

Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery at yarijewelryllc@gmail.com and provide clear photos and/or videos of the item and the issue.

Once the item is received and inspected, YARI JEWELRY LLC will determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: items that have been worn or used; items with scratches, damage, or signs of wear caused after delivery; items that have been altered, resized, engraved, repaired, or modified by anyone other than YARI JEWELRY LLC; custom, personalized, engraved, or specially ordered items, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item; and sale or clearance items, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect item.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, damaged item, or incorrect item, YARI JEWELRY LLC will cover the return shipping cost.

REFUNDS

If a return is approved due to a verified manufacturing defect, damaged item, or incorrect item, the refund will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

FINANCED PURCHASES

Purchases made through third-party financing or lease-to-own programs, including ACIMA, are also subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable financing or lease agreement.
